Introduction to the Policy

“Billy Hallowell Online,” the blog located at www.williamhallowell.com and all linked and attached weblogs and web sites is an online outlet intended to delve deep into various social and political issues.  First and foremost, Billy Hallowell, Pathufind Media and any and all contracted editors and bloggers never censor any comments based on political or ideological points of view.  This essentially means that liberals are welcome here (on a more concise note, anyone is welcome).

The Policy on Hate Speech

Free speech and expression are always defended; the rights of individuals and groups to express opinions and perspectives that may be deemed unpopular in nature or that may conflict with Billy Hallowell’s own personal perspectives, will be respected on the comments section. However, “Billy Hallowell Online” does not permit hate speech (any speech or wording that attacks or subjugates/demeans a group based on the following factors: race/ethnicity/ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, veteran status, gender or sexual orientation or identity). If comments violate these policies, they will be removed from the “Billy Hallowell Online” web site and/or weblog.

Your Commentary and E-mails

“Billy Hallowell Online” reserves the right to post the content of any email received related to this blog and/or its contents. If you send an email that is rude, offensive and degrading in any manner and you do not want it published on this site, then consider not sending it.  While abusive e-mails will be published on the blog (any e-mails that are received, for that matter can rightfully be published), your e-mail address will not be (any threats or dangerous ideals will be reported to authorities, though).
